You have questions. We have answers.

Straight Talk Home Internet is high-speed internet delivered via the network America relies on. Speed and performance are similar to cable or DSL internet, but it relies on a wireless signal instead of a wired signal. The service uses a router that both receives the cellular signal and provides wi-fi for your home devices.

The Straight Talk Home Internet plan costs $45 per month. The plan can only be used with the Straight Talk Home Internet Router, which has a one-time cost of $99.99. There are no contracts or other fees.

Straight Talk Home Internet is available at StraightTalk.com, Walmart.com and select Walmart stores near you.

Straight Talk Home Internet can deliver download speeds of 20-200 Mbps and upload speeds of 3-15 Mbps. Actual availability, coverage, and speeds may vary depending on address/location, signal strength, and network connection. Powered by 5G or 4G and customers in 4G LTE coverage zones can expect download speeds of 20-50 Mbps and upload speeds of 3-6 Mbps.

Unlimited data is included in the Straight Talk Home Internet plan.

Straight Talk Home Internet is currently offered in select areas across the country and the coverage is expanding rapidly. Find out if service is available in your area .

The ACP is a federal program that helps ensure eligible households can receive access to broadband and cellular service. ACP qualified customers can get up to $30/month subsidy for each eligible household or up to $75/month subsidy for each eligible household on Tribal lands. If you qualify for ACP, the subsidy can be applied to the Home Internet Plan, but you must establish and activate Home Internet service before applying the subsidy to your account. For more information about ACP, please visit straighttalk.com/acp.

To maintain a high standard of service, Straight Talk Fixed Wireless Home Internet requires an availability check at the street address level. Because availability, coverage, and speeds can change with address/location, signal strength, and network connection, some addresses that are close together might not share the same availability. To receive real-time updates on coverage eligibility, visit Straight Talk Home Internet.

As soon as you receive your router, you should set up and activate a plan (link “set up and activate a plan” to straighttalk.com/support/home-internet) as soon as possible to make sure a reservation for service is held for you. If you registered your device in-store or purchased it from StraightTalk.com, you might have had a 30-day reservation created for you. If you do not have a reservation or it has expired, you will need to check for availability at your address again.

Yes, Straight Talk Home Internet delivers download speeds between 20-200 Mbps and upload speeds of 3-15 Mbps. Although actual availability, coverage, and speeds may vary depending on address/location, signal strength, and network connection, these speeds should be fast enough to support all of these activities. For more information regarding minimum download speeds for different activities, check with your specific service or visit the FCC Broadband Speed Guide.
