Features - Voice Mail

Find answers to common Straighttalk questions below.

Voice Mail is a network service that allows a caller to record a message when you cannot be reached. You can then call your voice mailbox and retrieve your messages.

All our phones are Voice Mail capable.

The feature is free on all of our phone models. However, minutes will be deducted if you call your voice mailbox from your Straight Talk phone. There is no charge if you check your voice mail from a landline phone.

Your phone will display the Voice Mail message-waiting indicator on the top of your display, which will alert you of a new Voice Mail.
