Yes, you may buy a Service Card for somebody else. You will need to add the Service Card online at www.straighttalk.com/Refill or by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-877-430-CELL (2355).

Yes. You may use your credit card or a debit card with the MasterCard/Visa logo to buy a Service Plan or refill your account. A recommended and convenient option is to enroll in Auto-Refill; just register your credit or debit card, and every 30 days, your Straight Talk Account will be refilled automatically with the plan of your choice. You may select either the $30 All You Need Plan or the $45 Unlimited Plan.

You will need to add another Service Card or Refill your Account, which will also extend your Service End Date 30 days.

There is no carryover of unused services from your current or previous service period to the next service period that will start when you add a new Service Card or refill your account and finish 30 days thereof.

If your phone has a Prepaid Menu, you can check your Minutes Balance and/or Service End Date on your phone by selecting the "Prepaid" option, then the "Airtime Info," "Balance Info" or "Service End Date" option.

If you are enrolled in an Unlimited* Service Plan, your phone will either display "0.00" or the Service End Date only.

If your phone does NOT have a Prepaid Menu, you may check your Minutes Balance and/or Service End Date at www.straighttalk.com/CheckBalance to verify your account balance. You can also contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-430-CELL (2355) and a representative will gladly assist you.

You will be given a confirmation page that you can print to confirm your purchase.

Your phone will be deactivated and you will need to reactivate it within 30 days from the Service End Date, otherwise you will lose the phone number assigned to you. You can refill your account online by going to www.straighttalk.com/Refill or over the phone by calling our Straight Talk Customer Care Center at 1-877-430-CELL (2355).
